Highrise – Adelaide St, Brisbane

Our relationship with this ongoing building revamp began towards the end of 2016 when we were awarded the job for a small lift lobby fit out which included the removal of asbestos vinyl tiles. This project was small but this in no way changed our standards of safe removal/disposal and integral decontaminations.

Since then we have continued to be a part of the dynamic team revamping this building on Adelaide and it is a project that we are extremely proud to be a part of. To date we have removed over 4000m2 of asbestos vinyl tiles over 13 levels.

Our staff all with appropriated tickets, licenses, insurances and experience ensured each project is run safely, on time and decontamination was to the HIGHEST industry standard. Our aim is to ensure we can undertake our works with minimal to no disruption for the rest of the office spaces around so all work here is run out of hours.

An independent NATA accredited hygiene firm were engaged to run air monitoring during asbestos removal works, sign off on migration barriers built at certain stages of job and to undertake visual clearance inspections at completions of each stage of the project.
